Golda Fania Kamara, MSc., is a Sierra Leonean-Danish global health and digital transformation strategist with nearly a decade of experience strengthening health systems and advancing technology-driven solutions across Africa and the Nordic region.

As founder of MAWA Health, she supports digital health implementation and health system development throughout West Africa. She also founded The A-D Ledger to advance regulatory reform, policy development, and responsible digital health governance across Africa. Her work includes leading the implementation of Sierra Leone’s first National Health Information Hub, connecting more than 1,000 healthcare facilities, and serving with the Directorate of Science, Technology, and Innovation in the Office of the President of Sierra Leone.

Ms. Kamara also promotes diaspora engagement, entrepreneurship, and equitable partnerships between Africa and the Nordic region. She serves as a Business Development Executive with the African Business Chamber, co-founded the Afrodanish Collective, and regularly contributes to international forums as a speaker, moderator, and co-host of the podcast In My Own Words.

Bamikole Roberts is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with more than 25 years of experience in education, consultancy, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout a distinguished career, [Name] has provided accounting and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses and nongovernmental organizations in the United Kingdom and internationally. [Name] has also lectured at institutions across London and Southeast England and currently advises advocacy organizations, including PLAI in Nigeria.

Committed to expanding opportunity for young people and underserved communities, [Name] founded several UK-registered charities, including Empowering Young Minds, Save Children in Africa in Need, Oasis Sports Academy, and the Roberts Foundation. Through education, sports, poverty alleviation, and sustainable development initiatives, these organizations serve communities in the United Kingdom, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, and Uganda.

Sajdah Ali's work began in the nonprofit world, partnering with companies and governments in developing countries to build strong educational infrastructure. In regions with limited resources but limitless potential, she helped lay the foundation for systems that uplift entire communities.

As her work evolved, so did her mission, from building schools to building stronger, more connected teams within organizations.

She is the founder and president of Assay World Consultants, an international company that delivers education solutions shaped by decades of cross-continental experience, and  Chief Instructional Officer & Co-Founder of Precision Practicum, a clinical decision software company, where she leads pedagogical strategy, clinical framework design, and instructional equity.

She now helps leaders and teams align through strategic consulting, training, and systems design, bringing transformation to sectors ranging from education to technology. 

James Kamara is a driven property entrepreneur and IT/cybersecurity & forensics professional with over a decade of experience across real estate, sales, and business development. He is the owner of Luxe Panache, an estate agency and property management company based in the UK with an office and operations in Sierra Leone. Through Luxe Panache, James manages a diverse portfolio of estates, multiple Airbnb properties, and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), delivering premium property solutions across both markets.

James has successfully project-managed numerous building and refurbishment projects, overseeing construction for HMOs and serviced accommodation from concept through completion, and has built a strong reputation for turning properties around efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Alongside his property career, James recently completed a Master's in Cybersecurity & Forensics at the University of Westminster, building on a strong foundation in business and IT administration developed throughout his career in lettings, sales, and account management. He combines sharp commercial instincts with technical expertise in cybersecurity, positioning him at the intersection of property management and digital security, an increasingly valuable combination as the industry becomes more reliant on secure digital systems.
